Stonebridge Financial Corporation (“Stonebridge”) is pleased to announce the completion of a $19.1 million, long-term, fixed rate debt refinancing of the 23.3 MW Point Tupper Wind Farm project located in Nova Scotia (the “Project”).

The Project, owned and sponsored by Renewable Energy Services Ltd. (“RESL”), utilizes 11 Enercon 2.05 MW turbines and 1 Enercon 800 kW turbine to generate energy that is being sold to Nova Scotia Power Inc. pursuant to a long term power purchase agreement.

The debt financing was arranged by Stonebridge and funded by Industrial Alliance and Financial Services Inc.
