Stonebridge Financial Corporation (“Stonebridge”) is pleased to announce the closing of the $8.7 million project financing for Monashee Mews, a 46-bed residential care facility in Lumby, BC. The credit facility was funded by Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada and The Empire Life Insurance Company.
Monashee Mews is owned by Lumby Developments Ltd., a related company of Insite Housing, Hospitality and Health Services Inc (“Insite”). The construction of the project started in April 2012 and occupancy is targeted to commence in March 2013.
