Ivan has worked in the finance and insurance sector for several years, most recently as an Account Manager with Business Development Bank of Canada (“BDC”). Ivan has recently relocated to Toronto from Montréal and looks forward to bringing his past experience to the team.

He holds a Bachelor Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a concentration in Finance from Bishop’s University.

Construction financing for the Project was provided by TD Bank Financial Group and BMO Bank of Montreal.
